Shipment Information

  • Italy and European Union
    • Shipments towards Italy are handled to GLS and usually delivered in 24 hours (excluding islands which are normally served in 48 hours). In some cases, in example disadvantaged or remote locations, preparation times may be extended of 24/48 hours more, both for mainland and islands shipments.
    • In the European Union, according to package measures and weight or particular aspects related to precise destination of delivery, shipment can be handled both to GLS or FedEx/TNT, which will deliver shipment between three and five business days. However, in case of disadvantaged or remote locations, delivery times may be extended according to local operational capacity.
  • Extra-CEE countries
    • For shipments outside the European Union, according to shipment destination and item type SDA(EMS) and FedEx couriers are used. Delivery times may vary from three/five to twenty business days, according to customs verifications and technical times which are needed for physical arrival of the item at its destination. It may occur that local Customs offices could contact the consignee to request further documentation: our staff can provide a copy of payment documentation but cannot provide Country-specific documentation which is in charge at the customer.
    • Please note: shipments outside the European Union may be subject to fees and taxes which we cannot calculate in advance in any way and the Customer is invited in acknowledging himself before completing his purchase. Please contact your local Customs office for further information about Import taxes and processes in your country.
  • Shipment General Conditions
    • Delivery times do not include packaging times of the items, which may vary (especially for orders containing different branded products). Shipment number (tracking reference) will be provided as soon as available in order's status, a notification from the courier will be provided by email and will include main details of the shipment, including tracking number. Please always provide a valid email address which is kept monitored for communication or notification regarding order or its delivery. For every request about the shipment status, our staff is at your disposal, please contact us indicating order number or tracking number we provided at the moment of shipment to obtain assistance the quickest possible.
    • All couriers usually deliver in working hours (9AM to 6PM) from Monday to Friday. It is possible in most countries to retrieve the shipment from local courier's facility by phone appointment. please verify with your local courier customer service availability of this service in case it is needed. Phone contact is not mandatory and it is at discretion of the driver who is on duty at the moment of delivery. please note the driver may call from an unknown phone number and leave a door tag if delivery could not be completed.
    • To obtain quick and precise delivery, please provide a delivery address at which a person is always present. PO Boxes are always denied as destination since there is no physical person to sign for the package. Shipment costs are indicated in every product's page and may vary according to destination, volume and package weight or purchased quantity. Cash on delivery is not allowed outside Italy.
    • At the moment of the order it is preferrable to provide a mobile phone number to be promptly contacted both from our customer care office and from the courier for every delivery related question. it is not possible to change a delivery address once the order is paid with PayPal, for security reasons: in case wrong address has been indicated, order will be canceled so the customer will be able to repeat it with another address.
